We correct our guides when we find something wrong, and we log every change here. The current edition is always the corrected one. If you're recommending these guides to clients or patients, this is the page to check.
17 September 2026 — all editions
We completed an editorial and accuracy review across the full GLP Reset series. The revised editions are now the ones on sale in print and as ebooks.
What changed:
Information about specific GLP-1 medicines has been removed from all editions. These guides are about what to eat alongside treatment, not about the medicines themselves. Anything specific to your medication — which form you take, how and when to take it, what it's licensed for where you live — now points you to the patient information leaflet that came with it and to your prescriber, which are the only sources that stay current and apply to you.
Vegetarian Plan: recipes calling for Parmesan have been changed to hard cheese, and a new note explains which cheeses are made with animal rennet and what to look for on a label. If you follow a vegetarian diet and used an earlier edition, this is worth knowing.
Gluten, Milk & Soya-Free Plan: a paragraph in the general nutrition chapter referred to wholegrain bread and to oats without specifying gluten-free versions. That was wrong in a guide written for people who cannot eat gluten, and it has been corrected.
All editions: calorie ranges are now stated accurately for each individual plan, along with various smaller corrections to wording and references.
Earlier in 2026 — editions published before July
Earlier printings contained errors in the calorie estimates. These were corrected, and the revised editions also added a per-meal breakdown of protein, fat and carbohydrate.
