ACCESS

I’ve purchased — how do I access everything?

Use the same email you entered at checkout. Enter it on the dashboard page under “Your GLP Reset™ library” at the top, and we’ll send you a secure access link.

Open your dashboard anytime and download your guides as needed.

I didn’t receive my access email

Check your spam or junk folder first.

If you still can’t find it, request a new access link using your checkout email.

I used the wrong email at checkout

Contact us below with your correct email and we’ll update your access.

Having trouble accessing your dashboard or downloads? Try this

• Wait a minute, then check your inbox and spam folder

• Request a new access link using your checkout email

• Refresh the page and scroll back to the top to ‘Your GLP Reset™ library’

• Make sure you’re using the same email you used at checkout

• If you use iCloud Private Relay, try your original email or disable it temporarily

What’s included in my purchase?

Everything you purchased is linked to your email and available in your GLP Reset™ library.

This may include your dashboard access, plans, and support guides depending on your selection.

Do I get dashboard access?

Dashboard access is included with Lifestyle System and Complete System.

It is not included with Complete Plan.

FLEXIBILITY

Can I change plans later?

Yes — you can upgrade at any time if you want more flexibility or access to additional plans.

Is this tied to my pharmacy or medication?

No — the GLP Reset™ system works alongside any GLP-1 medication or provider.

Can I export or keep my data?

Yes — everything you download is yours to keep, and you can export or record your dashboard data at any time if you want a personal copy.

We occasionally improve the system — you can subscribe to updates if you’d like to stay informed.
